Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur under 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

Failure to re-book would incur a cancellation fee of $130.

Queanbeyan Pest Control Services Warranty Period

We are committed to using quality chemical treatments that are environmentally friendly and both family and pet safe ensuring quality service and results for all our clients, in both residential and commercial properties.

Our warranty period may vary depending on the pests we are treating.

• Basic residential pest control services receive a 3-month warranty for treatments of Australian Bush Cockroaches Spiders and general pests this warranty period may be extended for some pests to either 6-12-month period when annual pest control treatments are conducted.
• Ants, when treatment is outside of the property, are given no warranty period as the pest is environmental where the ant’s nest could be under pavers, in the garden, roof, underneath the house or sometimes come in from a neighbors property one month warranty is given for ants treated inside the home.
• Termite warranty is given by the manufacturer providing annual termite inspections take place.
