Hi, I’m Jenny Jordan. I started Queanbeyan Pest Control Services in 2020. Located in Australia where I have lived since 1982, I am proud that my business is solely an Australian-owned company.
I was affiliated with A1 Pest Control in Sydney which has been operating for more than 30 years before I decided to come to Canberra then now in Queanbeyan. I thought that the same business model would succeed in this city so I started my own company A1 Pest Control Canberra in 2012 as I saw the lack of customer service-based pest control companies in the area.
Word of mouth helped me and our team to grow our business beyond Canberra to other areas not getting enough pest control services before. I saw the demand for pest control in Australia, so I decided to put up Queanbeyan Pest Control Services.
The team that I have built is composed of highly professional licensed pest technicians trained to become termite and general pest experts.
On my part, I keep building rapport with business owners, commercial operators and domestic property owners. With using old-fashioned customer service, we get repeat business all the time.
I also coach and mentor other pest control companies, and often gets invited to speak to groups of interested business owners who want to expand their businesses.
